The Tona brand is built around providing riders the best quality products on the water and the best service in the industry. We want you to have the best experience possible with your new Tona board, so please register your product at this link, and see below for more information on our warranty support.


All standard Tona boards available through Tona Dealers or Tona Online are covered by a One Year Warranty for the original purchaser on workmanship and materials. Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the Tona product at our option. The Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear eg. use of boards on rails, ramps or riding across land or objects, or fading due to exposure. Although we take all the steps to design and manufacture the most durable gear in the market, the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or negligence, but not limited to, damage caused by use in waves or shore break, and damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship. This warranty is invalid if unauthorized repairs have been carried out. Repairs or alterations not covered by warranty. Factory seconds, used, or demo gear carry no warranty.


Products may not be returned without prior approval from Tona and a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The RA# may be obtained from Tona or by your Tona dealer. The RA# is not confirmation of authorization for credit, product replacement or warranty.

Return Process: Clearly mark the RA# on the outside of the package and return within 30 days. All products must be clean and freight pre-paid. A copy of the original bill of sale and explanation note with your RA# should be included. Tona and your Tona dealer will not accept freight collect shipments.

A 20% re-stocking charge will be assessed for return of stock merchandise unless due to shipping error or warranty.

Any package shipped to Tona without an RA# will be refused and returned COD.
